MARCH FOCUS: RELATIONSHIP WITH SELF.

Together we will explore your relationship with yourself. We will work with radical self-care and sensuality practices to ignite the connection between your Self and your body. We will explore what it looks like to meet your own needs,  acknowledge your deeply rooted desires, and accept all parts of yourself fully. You will be given specific practices to support the embodiment of self love and acceptance. This is a deeply spiritual connection that we will be diving into, that is necessary in cultivating the ability to root down into your body and lean into the depths of your desires. Like many of my mentors have stated, you can only meet people at the depth at which you have met yourself. 

APRIL FOCUS: RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS.

Once you have rooted into your relationship with your Self, it is time to dive into your relationships with others. Together we will work through what it looks like to  set healthy boundaries in romance, within families, and with friendships. Knowing how to create healthy and deeply fulfilling relationships is crucial in rising to your full potential. Understanding Masculine/Feminine dynamics is a big component of this month's focus, since understanding these energies and how to use them is extremely supportive in navigating our relationships with others. Learn to release what is no longer for you, if applicable, and set the standard for your inner circle moving forward.

MAY FOCUS: RELATIONSHIP WITH ABUNDANCE, MONEY, AND PURPOSE.

Now that you have rooted into your Self, have developed an awareness around cultivating meaningful relationships and maintaining healthy boundaries, we will be ready to dive into your relationship with abundance, money, and purpose.  I will support you with taking your passions and gifts and turning the dial up on your income and impact. This can apply to any business/work – you do not have to have an existing business. We will work on a plan of action specific to you in your private 1:1 session.
