My journey with Arbonne started in 2014 when my son was just over a year old. I was a new mom who was looking for something where I could contribute to the family financially, and also find a part of myself that I thought was lost when I became a mom.
Prior to 2014, I had a career in pharmaceutical and medical device sales. While I loved a lot of parts of my job, I secretly wondered how I would feel being gone so much from my future children. I wasn’t sure what I wanted....
but I knew I wanted CHOICES.
A few months later, the decision was made for me when I was laid off unexpectedly at 5 months pregnant. What seemed like a curse, actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because I realized what I truly desired in any future career: I wanted to be in control of my life and my future. The industry I was in previously was notorious for constant change, and cutthroat competition. It wasn’t the security I had hoped for. I also really wanted time flexibility to be with my loved ones and work around my life, instead of the other way around. But what kind of job would let me do that? I didn’t know anything about social marketing at the time, and I really had no idea how I could create the kind of work-life balance I desired.
I didn’t learn anything about Arbonne until close to a year later. One of my most trusted friends introduced me to the brand, and I instantly fell in love with the amazing products, but turned my nose up at the business. It wasn’t until I FINALLY took the time to get educated that I realized that becoming an independent consultant with Arbonne would offer me the potential earnings and flexibility I was craving. I jumped in and never looked back.
Although the journey hasn’t always been easy, it has been completely worth it. I am so happy with the person I have become and the life I have created along the journey, and I LOVE helping others love their lives too! Through my business, I have had the privilege of earning multiple tropical vacations to places like Maui, the Bahamas and Riviera Maya. I have also been honored to earn the title of National Vice President, which is the top 1% of the company, and the many perks that come with it. My goal is to help as many people as possible create a life of choices for themselves, so that they can enjoy their families, children, passion projects or whatever God puts on their hearts. I believe that when as a society we get to live by the “get to’s” instead of the “have to’s” we all are happier, more fulfilled and more generous with our time, money and resources. This community is like no other, and we are passionate about changing the world by empowering one person, one family at a time.
