About Alex
Alex began her personal development and empowerment journey when motherhood and a volatile job market lead her to start a social marketing business in the wellness industry. After six years of consistent commitment to building a business in this sector, she is now a top leader in her company and mentors hundreds through this modality. She is passionate about growing this community and empowering people through building online, vegan, beauty, health and wellness businesses.

Working with a life coach wasn’t even on my radar but when Alex shared that she had a couple spots open it felt like the perfect door to walk through… the door I didn’t even know I needed to open! She’s a beautiful person on the outside, but it’s her energy, love of life, and self confidence that drew me in. I want to exude this energy and feel confident in the person God created me to be. She allows a space for me to share all the things without feeling judged. She encourages me to give myself grace. She continuously has me self reflecting – what can I do different instead of pointing fingers at other people. I’ve cried, laughed and shared things with her that I’ve never shared with anyone else… because it’s my time to shine and I’m here for the hard work.
